Intellectual Property Rights

The entire concept, storyline, world-building, and the majority of Current character designs for Mercenary Planet are the sole intellectual property of Mr. Vijayasarathi Rajasekaran. While Mr. Rajasekaran is also the Founder & Director of Artizensehub, the ownership of the Mercenary Planet IP remains exclusively with him as the original creator and author.

Credits Note

Certain characters were initially visualized and modeled by other artists during early development efforts nearly 17 years ago.

General Policy Rights

These contributions are respectfully acknowledged as part of the project’s early history. However, all subsequent characters (including but not limited to Hyena, Viper, and all additional biomechanical creations) as well as the core concept, storyline, and creative direction were fully conceptualized and designed by Mr. Vijayasarathi Rajasekaran.

As the sole owner of the IP, Mr. Rajasekaran reserves full rights to add, remove, or redesign characters in alignment with the evolving vision of the project and the needs of the storyline.

All rights to the development, execution, distribution, and adaptation of Mercenary Planet (including but not limited to games, films, series, merchandise, and training programs) are reserved exclusively to Mr. Rajasekaran. The project may be executed under the Artizensehub banner or in collaboration with executive partners, studios, or investors; however, the core ownership of the IP remains with the author.

No part of this concept, including but not limited to text, images, characters, lore, or world-building elements, may be copied, reproduced, adapted, or used in any manner without the express written consent of the author. Any unauthorized use of this material will constitute a violation of copyright and intellectual property rights, enforceable under applicable laws.
